Our Approach.
It is the methodology used to build the Club17 network and is applied to every Club17 Project. The Sustainable Development Goals serve as a practical framework, helping partners organise collaboration, identify opportunities and measure collective impact.
1. Build a shared vision
Partners define a common ambition and commit to working together.
2. Create a baseline
Existing initiatives are mapped to understand strengths, gaps and opportunities.
3. Develop an integrated action plan
Partners identify where collaboration can create the greatest added value.
4. Deliver together
Projects are developed collectively, strengthening existing initiatives or creating new ones where needed.
5. Measure
and improve
Using the SDGs as a practical framework, progress and impact are continuously monitored and improved.

Partners have access to the interactive Club17 Partner Platform, where they can connect with one another throughout the year, share expertise, request support, discover opportunities and continue working together whenever needed.
